  I went there for lunch today and it was very busy but the 4 young women working were polite, professional and worked together as a team. Just wanted to give them a shout out. Thank you!!!

  I would like to thank the women who work there today. I was craving a meatball sub big time, and there weren't any meatballs ready. The women there were sweet and kind, and offered to thaw them out and cook them for me, if I had time to wait. I had time to spare, and they went to that extra effort for me, and I truly appreciate it. I specifically came there for the meatball sub, and they did not disappoint. I want to thank them very much for making my lunch a good one, and for their hard work. I wish I knew their names, either way, thank you ladies for going above and beyond to make me what I was craving. I truly appreciate it!!!

  Last night (06/07/26) I went into the 31st Street restaurant a little after 9:00. There were two employees behind the counter. There were 3 customers waiting for pickup orders. One of the employees asked if I was there for a pickup. I said no. She said, "I can't do anymore orders." I didn't cause a scene, but I find it ridiculous that with the store being open for almost two more hours that she could not take care of one walk-in customer. I was only going to order one item. I won't be back to that location. I don't normally do reviews, but if the franchise owner sees this they need to look into those two employees.

  I came in for a quick bite to eat and the store was slammed with lunch orders and to go orders. I have to give props to Shay!!! She got the line moving quickly, while simultaneously completing online/Doordash orders and helping 2 new hires. While all of this was going on, she maintained a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor and attitude!! Subway, it's time to give Shay a pay raise, because she surely deserves it! Thank you for getting my order finished in a timely manner! 👏👏👏🥰
