  I had such a wonderful experience at Cricket thanks to Lina! She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I didn’t know how to set up my phone at all, and she walked me through everything step by step without ever making me feel rushed or embarrassed. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made the whole process stress free. Lina is truly amazing at what she does, and Cricket is lucky to have her!
