  The staff at the UPS store provided outstanding customer support for me on two separate occasions. The tasks were complicated and the man that helped me spent a good deal of time researching the issue and helping me fight ATT which was in the wrong.

  Pretty bad when I live a mile away but chose to go to the Hutto location due to the POOR CUSTOMER service at this location.

  Most of the workers are super helpful and nice, the only one that always has issues and is so rude goes by OBI, he acts like you’re bothering him just by going up to ask for something, not sure why he’s in a place where you’re constantly helping people out.

  They Consistently have poor customer service, but this time will be the last. I am in there multiple times a week for my business. This time, I requested a piece of tape because the packaging THAT THEY PROVIDED seemed unstable. My request was denied. I was told that I had to buy a new roll of box tape. You would think that it would be worth a 4" strip of tape to make a regular customer happy. IT WAS NOT! It is worth the extra five minute drive from my house to the next closest UPS Store just to feel like my business is appreciated! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They sincerely don't care and coast knowing that you have to get back in your car and drive to a neighboring city to ship your package.
