  I ordered online . App said my order was completed , but had not even been started . The lady, whom looked angry and unkept was rude and even more rude to her fellow employees. When i got home 4 minutes later , my sandwiches bread was very stale . She refused to give me my birthday cookie even though l had the QR code open and ready . This Subway is on my list of restaurants to never return to again . This store has went very downhill .

  Terrible service. The woman is incredibly rude and arrogant toward customers—not to mention that she looks unkempt. The supervisors should speak with her and make her understand that customers must be treated with respect and courtesy. And above all, she needs to be clean and well-groomed in a place that sells food. 👎🤮
