I am changing my review to a 2 star. Today I got one of my usual sandwiches, Subway Club. I noticed that she put 3 slices of cheese instead of 4. And it looks like the cheese slices shrunk. On the sign it states X2 for the cheese. This means regular amount 2 slices times 2. I asked why not the 4, she gave me a blank look. I was trying to explain and she just kept saying 3 slices. When I asked for the manager, she said she is the manager. Ultimately, I realized that she didnt speak English, hence it's not that she was giving me a hard time, she couldnt understand me. Whoever is running this store is setting her up for failure and will lose customers as well.
The servers there were lazy .They need more customer service training.

It was great and the food reminded me of the old times before covid. I always used to get subway before covid happened.
Worst customer service ever. They always talk to customers rudely, and they are not willing to help customers anymore after the customer paid for food. Hopefully the manager trains the employees well in the future. Also, I think the manager never look at the feedback from the customer.
