  Exceptional service. I originally came to buy a package but realized I needed cards printed too. Jenny was so helpful and the turn around to was so fast! This was really crucial for my business and she went above and beyond! Great staff too!

  I came to this UPS store after going to several stores because I needed to pay duties and taxes for an international package, and finally after many attempts I found help at this store. The staff, Jenny, Ali and Pankaj provided excellent customer service. Overall the staff is very helpful and they try to help out the customer to the best of their abilities.

  I usually never post reviews, but this experience required one. So very disappointed. I was carrying a very large box and trying to open the door while fighting the wind. The young man working in the store was seated facing the door and saw me struggling multiple times, yet continued sitting there without offering any help. There were five other people working in the store, but they appeared busy and may not have noticed what was happening. The young man appeared to be the owner or part of management. I finally had to ask for assistance, and it was actually another customer who came to help open the door for me. It costs nothing to show a little kindness or basic courtesy to someone who is clearly struggling. Very disappointing to watch someone struggle and not even offer a hand.
