  Avoid this very dishonest UPS store! Came here because my favorite UPS store is closed for remodeling. They tried to charge me almost fifty dollars for a lightweight small package. I eventually went to other store and paid less than twenty dollars for the same shipping method.

  I went to this store today. To drop off some pre labels UPS packages. No one greeted me. The person who waited on me acted like he didn't want to touch my packages. This was the worst experience ever at a UPS store .I would rather drive out of my way to go to another one. If I could leave 0 stars I would

  Price gouging as bad as a convenience store!! This store is only useful for Amazon returns. Avoid getting ripped off and go somewhere else. A SMALL shoe sized box was going to be $20 base charge! I didn't get anything extra added to it. Save your money and ship it from another store. Do NOT do business with this place! The staff acts like they don't want to help. They make customers feel like they're annoying them.

  I planned to come in to ship a package using express shipping but as I arrived to the establishment, the worker attending me, who appeared to be maybe in high-school, was blunt and impolite while I spoke with him. He was rushing me to file any paperwork and would not bother explaining or waiting for me to process the paperwork! Atop this, after I reiterated to the employee the address, I had to have the package returned back to me due to an error in the address line and could not do anything about this! I was charged nearly $100 for a service that was rushed and improper as well as one that didn’t even get to its destination! When I came back to the business to try to intercept the package, a different employee was working at the counter and immediately had an issue with me, speaking in an aggressive and impolite tone simply because I was having this issue, and repeating to me the same exact thing over and over again instead of trying to help me address the situation. This was a complete hassle and waste of my money and time while trying to make sure that I could have my package shipped ASAP; in turn, I ended up having to delay this delivery for such a long period and was told that I would not be able to receive a reimbursement due to their company policy. There was a clear miscommunication or confusion as well as an issue with the management and training of the employees here, the staff here are incredibly rude and impatient. I would not recommend coming here to get your packages shipped.
