    I handed the package to a staff member for shipping last Thursday at noon and received a receipt, yet to this day, the package hasn't moved from the shop! It was supposed to reach the recipient today, Saturday. Who is responsible for this negligence? Is this how customer packages are handled—with such carelessness? I will wait until Monday; if the UPS tracking status doesn't change, I will take action against you.
