  My order was missing item. They don't answer listed phone number. I called another store to see if there was a resolution to this, I know they are franchise. I did get a response to my phone call. Greatly appreciated. But the store I'm needing to reach out to is not responding is located at 11549 Highway 6 South,Sugar Land, Texas 77498. Very poor customer service. I will never order from this location again and will pass this information to everyone as well. I'm an assistant manager in retail. This location is not managed properly. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!

  Ordered online , app showed status ready , when I go to pick up I am told its not ready and its going to take sometime , i waited for 15 minutes they started to take other customers and completely ignored my online order and then asked me to take a refund and Voided my order
