  This Subway on Hwy 6 and W. Airport is subpar. Had no mustard, no pickles, no mayo. Asked if they had any in the back and was told no. I’m on my lunch break and this is so disappointing! Ridiculous! I know condiments are expensive but these sandwiches are also expensive. Won’t be back.

  I’ve been coming here since they opened the subway, the service was terrible, ordered a double meat steak and cheese, but they did not want to serve ms double meat and they also but back on tomatoes and they were rude on purpose, I’ve had bad service before, bug this was the worse. Rude employees and sandwich without the ingredients.

  I visited this Subway today and had a terrible experience. When I arrived, the cashier was mopping and refused to let me inside, telling me to wait 20 minutes outside. I explained that I’m a customer and he could finish mopping later, but he still blocked the door. A lady from the kitchen asked why I was waiting outside, and when I told her, she let me in. At that point, the cashier started saying bad words at me — even though I was with my 10‑year‑old child. He said he didn’t care about kids and continued being rude. His name is Jose Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. Management needs to address this immediately.
