  Hello I recently visited 4407 highway 6 77478 FedEx, when I arrived i was greeted by employee Laroya. She was very knowledgeable and informative about Fedex. Laroya helped me get my packages to where I needed them to go and took care of my companies product with care thank you so much ma'am.

  I frequently visit this FedEx store several times a week, and I consistently receive great customer service. The store is usually very busy in the afternoons, but the staff does an excellent job managing the crowds while remaining professional and helpful. I have never had any issues during my visits, and I truly appreciate the friendly and efficient service. I will continue using this location, even when they are busy. I also enjoy the small conversations with the staff whenever they have a moment, it is nice to see people who take pride in providing good customer service. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the store and restrooms.

  I use this location regularly and have had an excellent experience each time. All of the ladies are helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure they are clear about what is needed so that orders are completed correctly. They always have orders ready on time- usually earlier than the anticipated time- and are always easy to talk to and pleasant.

  Terrible customer service you walk in they don’t wanna help Tiffany said, just scan your stuff and drop it off at the box. So????? Anything but actually help .

  The two gentlemen who work here were pleasant but whoever the lady is in the braids needs to be retrained or fired. It’s super unnecessary to have an attitude straight out the gate when interacting with someone for the first time. I don’t get why people apply for jobs in customer service but lack customer skills. If you don’t want to work or engage with customers then find a new job. Just pathetic
