At the time I visited, they were short-staffed - apparently an employee did not show up to their shift, and though I empathize with the stress, difficulty, and annoyance of the situation, I find it rather unprofessional to have let that disrupt the experience for the customers. Lance and especially Sara were complaining amongst themselves, notably irritable, and in no rush to help or acknowledge the many customers who were waiting. Again, of course, I understand they were overwhelmed, but this location needs more support, one way or another.
