  The FedEx at Sugar Creek sets an exemplary standard in terms of customer experience and service offering(s)! Not only is the store itself convenient, inviting and equipped with a useful array of services and products, the FedEx staff / employees are routinely friendly, inviting and competent. Pricing and delivery / fulfillment speeds are far more competitive than virtually anything offered by UPS or USPS. Combining each of the essential variables and comparing these to what is offered by nearby competitors (specifically the UPS at Sugar Creek), the FedEx at Sugar Creek on US59 delivers a superior and unrivaled experience.   I had a great experience at FedEx Print & Shipping. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Anthony was friendly, professional, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He made sure my printing needs were taken care of quickly and accurately.

  This store provides excellent customer service! Marco was friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful with assisting me in moving my package. Ms. Chandra was also very knowledgeable and helpful, offering valuable information on a variety of topics that unexpectedly came in handy. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made for a great experience. Highly recommend!
