  The older gentleman with glasses I believe as soon as I came in asking questions just gave me smart ass remarks. I was asking if I had purchased this item here or another store and instead of checking the part for the brand he was just being a smart ass the whole time. Then the older lady instead of seeing if the brand was there said no we have to look up your account. I've repeated my number multiple times along with even getting written down and still getting it wrong. They said they couldn't find me for my personal and even my business account where we order parts from them pretty often. Once they said they "Couldn't find me" they started pressing me more and acting like I was dumb. It was just a very unpleasant and irritating encounter. Other things were said & gestures were made, but i left because I did not want to start any problems/Aggressive. I went to another location and not only did both of my accounts "Show up" they were able to return my part that I did buy from them. If you need to go to Advance go to the one in sugar land/Missouri City next to Lowe's or the the one in mission bend next to westpark. If not then go to the Autozone right across the street! These older folks pissed me off so quick

  This used be a good store and I have bought several parts here, including car batteries. I went there for a warrenty on a bad battery that was less 2 years old. Two other auto places said battery was bad and to change it. However, Kenney the worker there refused the warrenty. He refused to show me their test results. He asked me to leave the store and talk to an area manager. He was very abusive and rude and had no sense of customer service. Sadly, it is people like that cause a business to close because regular customers take their business somewhere else. Needless to say, I will take my business somewhere else and tell friends and family to do the same. I don't want to be robbed again.

  Excellent customer service I would say exceptional service actually, on Wednesday 1st April at 8:30 am I experienced a service that I am so much thankful the gentleman was very much helpful I bought around 300$ worth of stuff and he helped me out to open my vehicle door besides it was raining !!! Wow he deserves a big raise
