  “I went to this Cricket store to update my address so I could receive proof of address paperwork. The employee eventually helped me, but the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I felt uncomfortable being interrupted while trying to explain my request, and the eye-rolling/frustrated attitude made the experience unpleasant. I’d appreciate more patience and professionalism with customers.”
