  Ordered a salad just about an hour ago for pickup. Got to the restaurant, they have not made my salad. They have no express pickup area in this restaurant. I stood in line for 15 minutes. One person made it through the line. ONE! If you have two and a half 2-3 hours to kill, then yes, go eat here for lunch. If you have s*** to do I would recommend going somewhere else. I bailed on my salad because I can't wait all day. That's why I ordered ahead of time! Absolutely ridiculous customer service...

  Females have a bad attitude, I came in with a large order and they were huffing and puffing the whole time, instead of bagging my drinks she pushed them at me and walked away with her head down and said have a good day in a rude manner. They obviously don’t like to work, I was nice and positive And kept a smile on my face. Tossing stuff around showing attitude while make food is ridiculous

  My husband and I tried to order multiple times on the app and it didn’t work. We tried to call 7 different times as well and they would answer the phone while it was muted and then would hang up. My husband and I went up there to go order it at 8:35 and the worker met us at the door and stated they were closed. Everywhere shows 9:00 pm that subway closes, literally the worst experience. The worker was so rude the way she told us and denied our service while someone else was inside and was actively paying for the order she just made when we walked up. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

  Tried to order on the app 45 mins before they closed and wouldn’t let us order, called 5 times and they declined every single call. online and in the app it says the store closed at 9 so me and my wife went to the location and walked to the door and the young lady working there refused our service at 8:35!
