Your agent never canceled my renters insurance tied into auto insurance for a cheaper rate. On top of that you didn't reimburse me the full 5 months I was auto drafted from my bank account. Even worse, you missed my auto draft and I drove around with No coverage for a full month. Jeopardized my vehicle and others. Then you wanted to monitor my driving. No tickets or accidents in over 10 years. And I drive for a living. I went back to State Farm. No stars.
