  first claim I ever made for water damage I was run around, denied, had to file multiple claims, my first adjuster left the company and the second adjuster acxted like I was trying to rip them off. filed claim in December 2025 they have paid 17K on a 37k stil have not been able to pay my contractor. my house is still a mess and the contractor will not finish until they are paid. now they jacked up mu homeowners ins by 66% !! I have had one claim in the last 15 years
