  I had the worst customer service experience at this store. The store manager was extremely rude, one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered. I went in for a SIM port, and they asked several unnecessary questions. When I questioned why they needed to check my phone multiple times, he became unprofessional and even raised his voice at me. I finally left the store.

  I use to like this location. They've become ANNOYING as ever. Every time my daughter purchases a new phone. We sit in here for a ridiculous amount of hours and her information is never transferred to the new phone. Now I see why my son went to T Mobile. May just change my daughters carrier as well.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, FALSE ADVERTISE ABOUT PLANS They tell you you're have alimited things when you actually don't one you call customer care They tell you what you really have, so they false advertise to get more new customers and spend more money than what you really get, when I confronted the store manager (short African America guy) came to me with a rude attitude and didn't give me the proper respect for a customer, didn't even apologize to me nor offer me anything very poor attitude and unprofessional dude.. On top of everything the girl with curly hair made a huge mistake on my plan even though I paid her upfront for a unlimited plan on both my phones, she put me on a 30 dollar plan with 1g high speed data but took the money for unlimited, came the next day to confront her about it and she said there's nothing I can do sorry very unprofessional girl DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND SPENT YOURE MONEY ON THIS TRASH PEOPLE GO ANYWERE ELSE BUT THIS STORE P. S SMH
