  I’ve never had a problem at this location until now. I had a mobile order for a salad. I’m almost done with it when I saw a dark brown/black hair in it. I have blonde hair for reference.

  New person today gave me 8 olives on my footlong - when i asked for more - she pointed at cameras and said she is in training and being recorded and has to give this exact amount of veggies for the sub- 8 black olives 🤦‍♀️

  Ordered my food in the app. So I wouldn't have to wait. Got there, When it said it would be ready. Then watched them make food for 5 people who had just walked in before they started my order. Then stopped and had a conversation for another 5 minutes right after they toasted my sub. Long enough for the bread to get hard and the meatballs to get cold. Unorganized and unprofessional. Acknowledged how long I had been waiting with a sarcastic comment. Then apologized for being "unprofessional" in her own words, and then offered me A cookie like it was going to heat up my food and make it all better. I Looked at the overcooked unappetizing cookies, and just walked out.

  Very rude staff. Acts like it's a chore to serve customers. Stood in an empty store for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement no greeting. I enjoy the sandwiches here but I refuse to visit this Springtown,Texas location again.
