“manager” working this evening (6/10/26 - 5:50pm) Does not know how to speak to customers. Trash. Not even bothered by the long wait time. More so how she speaks to people.

I love the food here, but there is something missing from my order every time. When we call to notify them, there is never a resolution. I wish they’d do better. I’d love to continue ordering here, but I’m tired of being disappointed.

Horrible service just tried to order on the phone because there app at this location would not let us place a order. Not sure whoever was taking my order was new or what but she kept putting me on hold then tells me that they cant take orders over the phone w a 50 piece wing. I go well fix your app. So I told her cancel my order and ill oder somewere else and yes I order online w another wing stop. You all need to get your store together and employees.

Someone might greet you when you enter. Food is never ready, they have an attitude when you ask them how long. There are 5 people in the store. One taking the order and one of them maybe making the order, the rest just walk around talking. Management is a joke. I feel bad for whoever owns this place. So much potential but horrible customer service.
