  I just left unsatisfied with the customer service and professionalism of a Manager of today's night shift. We usually always come here and order food and do the survey as they ask us to do and get the free fries right then and there after the survey. We always do the survey and get the free fries and on occasions ONLY AT THIS LOCATION do the staff and this short black manager who never wants to give out fries or help Hispanic customers gives us a problem. Once I did the Survey as Jasmine asked me to do to the fries I told her yes of course we always do it. So I did it and received the code. I go to show it to Jasmine and the other young gentleman and then we hear "oh naw naw naw we don't do that, we don't do free fries no more uh uh with a whole ass attitude and chooses to keep speaking to Jasmine and constantly texting on her cell phone leaning against the wall relaxed. She didn't even want to talk to us even personally as customers and only spoke to Jasmine told her that no one notified her nor the store manager that they no longer do that. The mamager still on her phone STATED NO IT STARTED TODAY RIGHT NOW THAT WE DONT GIVE OUT FREE SURVEY FRIES and she laughed with the back kitchen staff line like it was a joke AS THEY USUALLY DO. But once my husband and I stated that don't worry about it she should of HONORED IT FOR THE CUSTOMER REGARDLESS and I said I will take my survey back and make a Google survey and I sure ass hell will be calling Corporate to complain. That's not the type of staff nor the professionalism at all for a wing stop restaurant to a big corporation to show to customers constantly that kind of shitty of service. will not be coming back here. When we said we where going to complain then she wanted to give us fries but we denied them. She had a tall male kitchen staff guy walk out after we where leaving with us not being disrespectful and he waited at the door as if he was going to fight someone at the entrance if we chose to come back inside

  I think this is the worst Wing Stop I’ve ever been to and I’ve given them more than enough chances. Always items missing, wrong orders, awful wait times, never answer their phones, at this point we stopped going and only do Big city

  I visited this location yesterday evening around 6 pm. When I walked in the door, I could immediately tell that their air conditioning was not working. There were 4 workers and they were working quickly to get the orders done, despite it being extremely hot inside. My order was still hot, fresh and correct.

  This might be the most poorly managed restaurant in the country. 1) it’s incredibly hot inside and the poor employees are pouring sweat from a lack of AC. 2) the wait time on a pick up order is 1hr from the time you place it online. 3) the pickup system inside is entirely disorganized and inefficient with 10+ customers waiting at all times. Don’t recommend.
