  Received a offer letter in the mail from them that was a lot cheaper than what i am paying now form my homeowner's insurance. The letter was total BS!. The letter was $988.82 annual Premium and after the phone call $4470. When i asked them about this they said that the letter was based on me switching my auto to them and the rate was also based on the highest deductible. Thanks for wasting my time, Tibbs!!!!!!

  I have lived in Houston since 2007. I have bought all types of insurance. I've experienced the worst customer service ever from this office. They seemed to just not care once the contract was written and the money was collected. If I could give this office 1/2 star, I would. Just do better because your customers are why you are able to stay in business, so treat them like you appreciate them choosing your business over so many others.

  The various people that I have interacted with were very responsive with meeting our families needs. Now that we do not drive as much as we used to in my case work from home. They found us a solution that helped to substantially decrease our insurance costs. I would recommend this agency without reservation.
