  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Brittnye! I can honestly say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had at a UPS Store! Britt went above and beyond to help me with all the boxes I brought in. She patiently took the time to assist me with every single one, weighing them and making sure everything was taken care of. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.What impressed me even more was how she treated every customer who walked through the door. Even while helping me, she made sure to acknowledge everyone, politely apologized for the wait, and reassured them that she would be with them shortly. She greeted everyone with such a positive attitude and wished each person a great weekend. As someone who works in hospitality, I truly appreciate and recognize exceptional customer service when I see it, and Brittnye is a perfect example of what outstanding service should look like. UPS is incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing their company. She deserves recognition for the amazing job she does! Thank you, Britt, for making my experience such a wonderful one.   As I was on my phone looking for labels to print, I unintentionally observed your worker named Bri. She was the only one in the store and calmly and quickly handled the line that had grew. Her sense of professionalism is unmatched and could be why some of the customers greet her, in return, with more than a smile. Increase her salary! I can only imagine the peace and security the owners of this location have when she is working. It’s going to be difficult to find and train another with her customer service skills.

  I consider this store my favorite go to. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Wait times vary however they are quick and reliable every time I visit. Britt is an exceptional employee, she always reminds me to take a picture of my receipts when shipping off return items to ensure I have it if their are any issues with the recipients. She is always pleasant and greets all customers with a smile. When she is in the store I can ensure speedy service with limited long line delays when several customers walk in at once. Overall the store is always clean and organized. If you’re looking to seek any of UPS’s many services, I highly recommend this location.
