  Have had a box with this store for almost 14 years. I will only go into the store only when Scott is there. He always been professional, courteous and helpful no matter how many customers are in the store, or their status of emotion

  Rude and unhelpful. Never stop by this UPS. They will not help you in any type. This is the only UPS that charges for printing pre purchased labels. Manager Scott is rude and aggressive. Never have I had customers service this bad.

  The service itself was fine and the staff did process my shipment correctly, but I did have to wait longer than expected even though there weren’t that many people in line. On the positive side, the store was organized and my package was handled properly without any issues. Everything arrived as expected, so I appreciate that part of the service.

  This is the BEST UPS Store in the area! The manager and staff are always helpful and friendly. The lines move quickly and the parking is mostly always easy IN & OUT! I rate this store the top UPS Store in the area!
