  Absolutely horrible, lost my package refused to give me a refund or offer any kind of resolution. Stole my money then blamed everyone else. Told me to call representative number and they said they couldn’t do anything only the actual ups store could. I called back and was basically told I was in the wrong. The manager is horrid did nothing but mansplain and continuously cut me off. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't come here. don't waste your money or time.

  Usually a very helpful staff except for one gentleman named Scott who can be curt and short with customers. Please be an adult. Rhonda is great. Came here on a Saturday at 3:04 pm and they locked the door behind me saying they were just about to close. The sign the door literally says they close at 3:30 PM. So does Google. Please update your information.

  I love this location! Every time I come here the women there are absolutely the sweetest. They are efficient and helpful.

  They charged me $50 to SCAN three documents (100 pages). Didn’t tell me up front about the pricing. Absurd. Update: Responding to the owner here. You don’t need any of the extras you just mentioned to SCAN documents. No extra paper, time or overhead. It’s actually the cheapest thing you can do. Also you weren’t able to email me the documents directly. You put them on a usb and emailed me from an account which is not very secure. I had no way of knowing if you were keeping the data you scanned for me. Fix your pricing for scans or post it on your scanning area. You’re not going to change my mind on this one. I would’ve just used my phone to scan if I had even an inkling that you would charge me $50!!! That is wild.
