  The packing services at this location are excellent and trustworthy. They carefully prepared my items and made sure everything was secured properly. Yuliya provided great support and explained the process clearly. I was very satisfied with the quality of service.

  Arrived one minute before closing time. The door was closed and locked, with several customers inside. I only needed to drop a few things off. Instead of opening the door, and talking to me like a human being with respect, the employee mouthed at me through the window and pointed at the time on her phone. She finally opened the door, at which point she was willing to only take a pre-paid drop off and claimed the system shutdown at 3:30pm on the dot, so they could not access the system for any other shipping needs. While I did have a pre-paid item, I chose to go to Postal Annex down the street, and will continue to do so. Postal Annex could not believe how UPS was behaving - they often will stay open to assist a customer who arrives at closing time. This is not rocket science, people.

  This location is usually very business. I have returned many Amazon packages at this store and the service has always been excellent. Today, Amidya (not sure if her name is spelled correctly), she was outstanding servicing the long line, which made the wait time less than expected.

  I have never had a problem here and have coming for years. I come on Saturdays, weekdays, and holidays. The staff are always, always, always friendly, accommodating, and work fast! I really appreciate how they are not pushy with sales and how they give good tips. There have been several instances in which l didn’t have my phone code ready or all what l needed and each time, the staff walked me through my phone and whatever was needed to complete my visit successfully. I’m always greeted and with a smile when l enter the store. I don’t even think of another place to go…not even the other UPS store down the street. Thank you all for consistently taking care of me and all my shipping needs! This place should have 5 stars.

  Dolly is terrible. They charged me $5 for a box even though I already had one, and then another $1 just for tape.
