  We have been using this location for over a year and never had a problem until they recently hired a new guy. We wrap our packages carefully and apply fragile stickers if needed. The young man was extremely rough when handling the packages and it made me cringe when I watched him check in our boxes and toss them in the bin. Well, my instinct was right because we had our first ever package arrive to the buyer broken - I know it was this new guy. He took no care in handling and I watched him just throw the boxes and ignore the fragile stickers. He doesn’t need to be employed in a place like this if he can’t handle people’s items with care.

  Not sure who the young lady is working on Saturday 1:30 pm but whoever owns this UPS store has a very valuable person working here. She operates the place like a business owner would and that’s a hard quality to find in a person. She is a keeper!

  Nia and Ayana make this UPS location such a great experience every time. They’re knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly efficient, and they handle everything with patience and care. You can tell they genuinely want to help, which makes a big difference.

  I was in the store last night just before closing, and there was a young lady and a young man that were both super helpful just went above and beyond to help with everything that I needed. I had a lot of little miscellaneous things that I needed help with. Then I call again this morning because I accidentally forgot to write an RMA number on the box that I was hoping hadn’t been picked up yet and the young lady I was dealing with this morning was again very, very kind and helpful. All three just a pleasure to deal with. 3/16 close and 3/17 open.
