  Normally, this place does well, especially with the latest hires & of course, the owner working there some days. However, today I dropped off 2 things to be laminated at 2:30, said it was OK to trim, pre-paid & said my husband will be by later to pick them up. The young girl behind the counter said "I'll have it done before I leave at 5:00". When my husband went in at 5:25, it wasn't done & he came home empty-handed. I rushed back up to make sure they were done & got them by 5:50. A lady there asked if I wanted my receipt, but I told her "No. Show the owner the employee number so he can see what kind of service she provided". I doubt that will be done, hence this review. The lady who did take care of it, albeit late, did a good job. I've been a customer since 2007, and a former teacher, who needed this for my husband- a new teacher whose school starts tomorrow. Please instruct the younger employees to say what they mean & mean what they say. Thank you, D.McCage

  Terrible service.The younger lady was rude and moody. I specifically asked her about better options. She just shrugged her shoulders because she was ready to go. She didn't try to help with options that was available. She rudely said they were about to close in two minutes and im ready to go. I ended up over spending more than I should have. I was a regular at this location. If this is the direction they are going, I will take my business to a different location. 6/17/26

  We have been using this location for over a year and never had a problem until they recently hired a new guy. We wrap our packages carefully and apply fragile stickers if needed. The young man was extremely rough when handling the packages and it made me cringe when I watched him check in our boxes and toss them in the bin. Well, my instinct was right because we had our first ever package arrive to the buyer broken - I know it was this new guy. He took no care in handling and I watched him just throw the boxes and ignore the fragile stickers. He doesn’t need to be employed in a place like this if he can’t handle people’s items with care.

  Nia and Ayana make this UPS location such a great experience every time. They’re knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly efficient, and they handle everything with patience and care. You can tell they genuinely want to help, which makes a big difference.
