  I dropped an ebay shipment off at this location on July 17, it arrived at the buyer's location a few days later looking it had been run over by a truck. Well over two months later and still no sign of a reimbursement check from UPS, even though I was promised in writing by a manager on August 25 that one would be sent. I hold this location responsible for the package since I entrusted the package to them. I emailed the owner requesting him to look into why UPS refuses to reimburse me, as UPS' overseas customer service is absolutely set up to get you to go away rather than deal with their incompetence. He has not responded either. When you get his card at the store, it's the store's email and store's phone number--apparently he also does not want customers to contact him. It will be interesting to see if he responds to this and what kind of contact info he provides for me to get in touch...

  There was one employee, younger gentleman, working at the end of the day today and he patiently & effeciently helped about 10 customers as the store was closing.
