My boyfriend went to get a pizza on May 11th and was told they had not boxes. Then one of the employees yelled at the other and called him lazy for not getting boxes and restocking them. Then both started screaming at each other and saying inappropriate words and my boyfriend was left there waiting for over 8 minutes waiting for his food. One of the girls was very kind to him but the atmosphere was awful. Very inappropriate behavior and very uncomfortable situation. Don’t go even if craving subway.

Walked in at 9:15 today and it was the 3rd time that we were told that they cannot serve us. As soon as we pulled up, the employee mopping, looked at his watch then looked at the employee behind the counter saying something. We walked in and were told the computer was down so they cannot sell us anything. Last time the same guy said they don’t have anymore bread. Time before that we were told that their manager told them to close early so they already closed the day on their register.
We go there like 2 to 3 times a week and this service is always disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today on 3/23/26. This was my first time visiting since moving nearby, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.
There were two employees working, yet an older gentleman waited an extended time just to purchase chips and a drink and was barely acknowledged. After waiting with no real assistance, he left his items and walked out.
When it was my turn, I asked a simple question about a sandwich calorie count because the sign was unclear. The employee was dismissive and told me to “use the app” or look at a window that didn’t even provide the full information.
When I tried to explain the confusion, she brushed me off again and turned her attention elsewhere. I asked if a manager was available, and she stated that she was the manager.
Poor customer service all around. I witnessed it and experienced it myself. I regularly eat at Subway locations near my job, but this location has lost my business. I will not be returning.
