  The customer service from the nice lady that's there right now was above customer satisfaction. Need more people like her. This was my first time visiting this location 07/08/26 and will not be my last.🙌🏽

  Was gonna stop in for lunch at 11:15am. Open sign was off. Tried to call to confirm if theyre open or closed. Hung up no answer. Lost a customer

  They didn’t put cheese on my sandwiches I ordered through the app. Came by later and the employee said I had to come the next day to speak with Catherine the supervisor. Came by the next day and although I showed on the receipt each sandwich said provolone, she argued with me and said it isn’t supposed to have cheese on my sandwiches. I have ordered before at other subways and had no issue with that. This is the second time I’ve had this issue at this location.
