App order had the wrong bread, not toasted, wrong toppings and a foot long not even cut in half. Lady was talking with her coworker and became super rude when I said I was there to pick up my order. Didn't get to eat because it's not what I ordered going to corporate to file a complaint and get a refund. NEVER GO TO THUS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!
Like all the other reviews mention, there is a rude hispanic woman who acts like she owns this Subway. She was absolutely rude and had an attitude, like she was doing me a favor by taking my sandwich order. She threw the bread on the table in front of me, then took her time making other sandwiches for online orders, even though those customers weren’t there, which felt like she was just wasting my time.
Like another review said, I’m not asking for royal treatment. I’m just asking for basic decency and good customer service, which she clearly does not have.

Very bad in every way. I ordered a Subway and told them I wanted it hot, but the girl made it cold. She was busy preparing and doing several things at once, not paying attention to my questions about the ingredients, complaining about her job, saying everything was spoiling there, that she was going home, etc. I thought they were Cuban. Then she went to take the bread out of the oven and left my Subway unfinished. She came back and started preparing another one, forgetting mine. Then her coworker came and finished preparing mine. Very poor service.

Sadly within the past few months ive seen the decline in quality and service at this location, its convenient because its close to home but, not only are they having employees that have a language barrier that makes it difficult to explain my order but also they have lightened their serving portions aswell. I hope to see this location improve down the road
Some uber driver stole
My food earlier so the girls saw and accommodated me . I love this subway because it’s across my house and these two angels work there 🥰
