  This store ALWAYS gets my order right .... I drive PAST THREE CLOSER Subway locations to come here. However - on this Sunday (May 17) at 3:10pm, there was only ONE employee - and he was amazing under pressure. This employee worked as quickly as he could while CONTINUALLY making sure that he was making the customer's order to their liking. He was interrupted several times by customers wanting to get cookies or other add-ons AFTER they were finished paying. He maintained a calm and professional demeanor. His manager "should" do better and have more staff ... OR this employee should be offered a Trainer role for the entire chain of Subway franchises. I am positive that he is under-appreciated.

  I had an awful experience at this Subway location. After a long day, I ordered two sandwiches, only to discover both were wrong after getting home. I drove back to the store to try to get the issue resolved. One employee admitted the sandwiches were made wrong due to ingredient shortages. However, another employee who was on the phone with a “manager” (who apparently wasn’t even the manager for that location) refused to help and was very dismissive. I was told that “they are human and make mistakes,” which I understand but the problem is they refused to fix the mistake or provide a refund. Instead, I was told I had to go all the way back home and bring the sandwiches back. On top of that, I was spoken about as if I was being disrespectful when I was simply trying to resolve an order that was made incorrectly. To make things worse, they were closing early even though their posted hours say they close at 10 PM. The situation was never resolved. Based on other reviews, it seems this location has ongoing issues, so I’m not even sure it’s worth trying to contact Cecilia, the supposed location manager. I will be contacting corporate.

  Hours say open till 10 worker inside kept turning away each time anyone would come to the door. We got there before 9:30 door was locked and open sign was off as well. My husband ran into another person walking up and he said they dont care. That this location does this all the time.
