I visited the Subway on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30 p.m., and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was only one male employee working with a line of about seven people. One customer even left after realizing he was alone, and I considered doing the same but decided to wait.
While helping the customer ahead of me, she asked for a turkey sub, and he responded in a very negative tone that they did not have turkey. She seemed shocked and laughed because of how rude the response came across. When it was my turn, I was told they did not have tuna melt either. A simple sign letting customers know what items were unavailable would have helped prevent frustration and saved everyone time.
I also think the employee could benefit from customer service training, especially when it comes to acknowledging customers and maintaining a more professional demeanor. What surprised me most was that it was only early afternoon, yet they were already out of several ingredients. Save yourself the headache on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and try another location.

My family and I tried to get food here and there was only one young worker on site. There was a line of customers and the poor worker seemed to be having a hard time and had to call someone for help. It seems like it would make more sense to have a manager or someone else on site. We ended up needing to leave due to the wait and at least one other customer did, as well.

Whoever you got making these half made sandwiches needs to be let go. You charge me then don’t give me hardly any vegetables or cheese. This place is worthless. Never order anything from here. Nobody knows how to make a sandwich properly.

Was not greeted, barley placed any items or condiments on sandwich, sandwich was not wrapped properly, did not bag items just walked off

This is the worst subway in Spring Tx. I have ordered multiple times on the app and on Door Dash and I don’t think they have ever gotten my order right or it takes FOREVER. It doesn’t take an hour to “prep” a sandwich idc. Do better!!!
