  Maronda and MaKennzeey both offered exceptional service today during my visit. I made a mistake and ordered at the wrong location on the app but both of these ladies went above and beyond to accommodate me and fix the problem. They both were very kind and helpful. I always have had great service at this location, but today it was exceptional! The food was great too! Thank you! 😊

  Just wanted to come on here to give a shoutout to Stephen! I have been craving subway but can’t have deli meat since I’m pregnant so I had put special instructions on my take out order to put the ham on the side so I could cook it to the right temp when I got home. I went in the restaurant very shortly after placing my order to see if it could be done and Stephen met me right away, was so kind and helpful. He placed my order quickly and did it with a happy heart! I felt bad giving specific instructions but he was willing and able (,:

  Casandra made my sandwiches and was very friendly. She was extremely patient and kind with my 4 year old as she was ordering her sandwich too!

  The older mexican woman, shorter about 4’6 is absolutely rude to her employees! She was yelling at this younger, taller black woman (her employee) to attend to the customer very rudely while the younger woman was finishing the guests sandwich. This is not how you should treat your employees, especially yelling so rudely like that in public! To the younger woman, you were so sweet to us and thank you for being fast with taking care of everyone during the rush. To the shorter older woman, BE NICER TO YOUR EMPLOYEES! Especially in front of guests jesus. The customers shouldn’t have to reassure your employee and making sure she’s okay.
