  Very disappointing experience. My order was incomplete, and when I contacted the restaurant, they refused to refund the missing item to my credit card. Instead, they told me to come back anytime for a free sandwich. I don't eat there often, so that was not an acceptable solution. I paid for food I never received and simply wanted my money refunded. On top of that, the customer service was poor. The employees were not friendly, and it was very difficult to communicate because they couldn't clearly explain or understand the situation. Instead of resolving the issue, they made the experience frustrating and inconvenient. I expected much better customer service and won't be returning.

  People working don’t know how to speak English or work the system. They always get your order wrong and charge you for the wrong thing.

  the service was so good the Puertorriqueña and the venezolana triet us with kindness and make our food very nice and delicious those two person are very nice with the clients
