  We had a great experience working with Padricia. She was incredibly patient with us while we compared different home and auto insurance options and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and thoroughly. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, even when we asked for multiple variations of the quotes. She worked with us to find the right balance between coverage and cost and was always responsive and helpful throughout the process.
