  My wife went inside this store talked to the manger Katrice my wife was looking for iPhones promotion and she said there were no promotions when clearly I saw the promotion on the phone display when she quoted my wife it didn’t match what she was saying and when I told her about it she acted clueless about the promotion and said it wasn’t updated I told my wife to go check another store and we left she gave me a bad impression when she try to sell my wife a free watch if we purchased with her I would not be coming back to this store after I got a better price at another cricket so Just do yall research before purchasing at one store

  We had a great experience with Katrice at the store. We transferred our lines and the process was fast and very smooth. Highly recommend the customer service. Ask for Kateice 👍

  Katrice is the store manager for this location and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She was very thorough and upfront about breaking down the cost, and what I needed to do to get the best deal, go see her!

  This store is under new management and new employees and they have provided good customer service and they were very helpful
