October 5, 2026. 1:20 pm. I will not longer use this location. The heavy set girl working, told me I owed $65. I told no, I did a bridgepay and I only owe $35. She told me, I owe $40 because it costs $5 to pay your bill. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA FIVE DOLLARS TO PAY A BILL. SHE IS STEALING

My wife went inside this store talked to the manger Katrice my wife was looking for iPhones promotion and she said there were no promotions when clearly I saw the promotion on the phone display when she quoted my wife it didn’t match what she was saying and when I told her about it she acted clueless about the promotion and said it wasn’t updated I told my wife to go check another store and we left she gave me a bad impression when she try to sell my wife a free watch if we purchased with her I would not be coming back to this store after I got a better price at another cricket so Just do yall research before purchasing at one store
