  I am absolutely disgusted with this location. Myself and my spouse went here the other day and there was a store manager there by the name of Carlos. He did not greet us when we were walked in him and another female were standing behind the counter and he kept calling her sis. I am assuming is his sister. I had questions about certain devices and not one time did they come from behind the counter to help us. Finally when I did approach the counter he told me to hold on because he was on a zoom conference that morning with his team..He used bad language as well as other team members on the call were cursing as if I were not there that morning. Carlos was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I will never return to this location ever.

  I came with my aunt to get a phone. An employee Alexis greeted us and as he took over talking to me, my aunt stepped outside to talk with her husband and when she came in I asked to buy the phone immediately. We purchased it and in the car I explained that the employee Alexis was extremely helpful and was offering me a really good bundle deal for $250. Just unbelievable you can trust a company like this to do the right and affordable thing. I'm satisfied and happy with my purchase. I will be giving a 10/10 on the text message survey.

  I came to get my niece a phone. An employee Alexis greeted us and as he took over talking to my niece, I stepped outside to talk to my husband and when I came in my niece asked to leave immediately. We walked out and in the car she explained that the employee Alexis was asking for her number and Snapchat and saying he could sell her an iPhone under the table for $250. Just unbelievable you can’t trust a company like this to do the right and legal thing. I’m sickened and disgusted she was not only hit on but offered a phone under the table. I will be reporting this to corporate.
