  I had a dead battery in my Escalade and called around looking for somewhere that could both sell me the correct battery and install it. Another nearby competing auto parts store had the battery in stock but told me the installation was considered too complicated and they wouldn't do it. I then called the Advance Auto Parts on Rayford Road. They were upfront with me that their system also flagged the installation as more complicated than a normal battery replacement, so they couldn't promise they would be able to do it. But the person I spoke with told me that if I brought the truck in, they would at least take a look and give it their best shot. That attitude made all the difference. When I arrived, the team didn't simply look at what the computer said and tell me no. They looked at the vehicle, pulled up an installation video to see what was actually involved, figured it out, and had the new battery installed in probably 10 minutes. That's great customer service. Instead of looking for a reason they couldn't help me, they looked for a way to get it done. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and willing to put in the extra effort. I will absolutely come back to this location. Huge thank you to the team at the Advance Auto Parts on Rayford Road.

  Absolutely amazing customer service. Came right when they opened because my battery died this morning while trying to go to work. Even at 7:30 in the morning the employee had a good attitude and was seriously incredible. I didn’t catch his name and i totally should’ve but he was the only one there this morning. Even with probably around 7 people coming in while he was by himself he handled it with absolute EASE and i was in and out within 30 minutes for a battery purchase and install. I tried to tip him and he said he wasn’t allowed to receive tips and i definitely disagree with that, employees should be able to be tipped for labor. So i’m writing this instead. What started as a stressful morning was completely turned around. So forever greatful for that employee 🤗🤗

  I had an issue with a part due to a manufacturing defect, which was frustrating, but the manager helped and made sure my concern was handled fairly and efficiently. It’s refreshing to find a team that truly stands behind their customers, even when the problem is beyond their control. A special thank you to Steven as well(idk if the name is correct but my apologies if is not), who took the time to check my car and help me with one of my concerns. His professionalism and willingness to assist made the whole experience much better.
