  I received great customer service from Ollie & Patrick. I wasn’t up seller any items and they addressed what I needed right away. I appreciate the free battery install. Both associates were friendly and even reminded me about the warranty so I could return to have my battery checked for free.

  I had an experience here about two weeks ago that I honestly won’t forget. My car’s battery was having a serious issue and started smoking. I happened to pull into this store, and within moments the smoke got much worse and the situation was very close to turning into a disaster. One of the employees immediately recognized how serious it was and acted without hesitation. He quickly grabbed the right tools and even brought a fire extinguisher just in case. He knew exactly what he was doing and helped control the situation before it turned into an actual fire. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was a very tall man, probably the tallest

  Thank you Patrick D! From the moment we walked in, I was welcomed right away and helped quickly. The customer service was friendly, professional, and efficient. What truly stood out, though, was Patrick’s kindness. My son was having a full meltdown, and instead of making me feel embarrassed or judged, Patrick went out of his way to help him. That simple act of compassion meant more to me than I can express. It’s rare to find not only excellent customer service but also genuine human kindness. Patrick made a stressful moment so much easier, and I’ll always remember how he treated my family with patience and respect. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  I had a great experience with Patrick at Advance Auto Parts. I accidentally purchased the wrong part the first time I came in, and Patrick went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out. He was understanding, patient, and made the exchange process quick and hassle-free. It’s not often you come across customer service like that these days.
