  Thank you Patrick D! From the moment we walked in, I was welcomed right away and helped quickly. The customer service was friendly, professional, and efficient. What truly stood out, though, was Patrick’s kindness. My son was having a full meltdown, and instead of making me feel embarrassed or judged, Patrick went out of his way to help him. That simple act of compassion meant more to me than I can express. It’s rare to find not only excellent customer service but also genuine human kindness. Patrick made a stressful moment so much easier, and I’ll always remember how he treated my family with patience and respect. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  I had a great experience with Patrick at Advance Auto Parts. I accidentally purchased the wrong part the first time I came in, and Patrick went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out. He was understanding, patient, and made the exchange process quick and hassle-free. It’s not often you come across customer service like that these days. I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure I left with the correct part. Thanks again, Patrick!

  Mr. Patrick gave the best customer service. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. I live in the Humble area and will frequently the 8512 Cypresswood location going forward.
