  I recently visited this store with hopes on getting my battery/alternator test. Wife was driving my car, i work like 1 minute away from this store, wife picked me up and told me that car had the battery light on and that was loosing strength. We stopped by at this store today 06/03 and requested a battery/alternator test, i get it it rained couple minutes before but at the moment I stopped there was now rain, I asked kindly the lady for the test and she was kind of telling me to wait couple minutes when suddenly this old guy that works there come out and ask the lady whats going on, she told him on the request on the test and this man with an attitude told me “No, no test today with this storm” , like what storm? Rain stopped like 10-15 minutes ago, it wasn’t raining anymore. I needed that test since I live 35 minutes away and i was afraid car would die on me on my way home, guess what? It happened because of this man, my car died 15 minutes after i left that store, battery died, I couldn’t stop by at another store cause i had to pick up my daughter around 5pm and it was a bit late already. I needed that test and this man refused to serviced me, very very unprofessional. I want to know what can be done in this situation? Specially cause I could had an accident on the road just because this man with his attitude didn’t wanted to go outside to see what was the issue with my car. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I hope this man will be educated and specially if one day another customer steps in with hopes on getting a service, or maybe my self going in there again.

  I came in for windshield wiper blades and Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! If you want to experience kind and excellent customer service, come on in!
