  I don't know if it's just the location, but CUSTOMERS in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area sure are entitled and impatient, leading me to believe that none of them have ever worked service industry, as most fast food places in the area get the same complaints. That said, I'm patient, I wait for my order to come up, and I've never had any problems at this Wingstop! Matter of fact, I'm always pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order comes up. Especially considering I never even call-in, I just show up and order to-go! Love their job or hate it, you never know what's going on in somebody else's life. Everyone is just trying to get through the day, and a little grace can go a long way! I've always enjoyed the staff here more than the customers they have to deal with, so keep up the good work y'all!

  I said 8 piece, I was charged an 8 piece. I got 6. I’m pissed.

  Went here for lunch on July 22nd. Ordered food, got a dine in order, sat a the table and about 5 minutes into our meal we were told the dining room was closed due to the boil water notice and we had to leave and the staff member could bringnus boxes to pack out food up. Whybwasnt it packaged to go if dine in wasnt allowed? Also, boil water notice was rescinded on July 20th - check the website... Hmmm! I just dont know what else to say but NOPE!

  The staff here is super friendly and helpful. We had a mistake on our order and the manager was able to fix it for us. We really appreciate her help. The wings are delicious and we love their ranch! We will definitely be back.
