  Disappointed doesn’t describe it… We have had multiple issues since they opened, but kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because it’s pretty much run by young kids and they lack professionalism. Tonight was a bit too much. They knowingly allowed a table with a few people to vape inside with multiple eating children inside. When the issue was brought to the staffs attention and the response was to just shrugged their shoulders and say who cares. It’s well known that vaping is extremely harmful and for the staff to disregard the wellbeing of others is unacceptable. This is not okay and shame on the management for not asking them to simply not vape inside the restaurant. If vaping is allowed, we won’t be back nor will our teams who frequently dine there.

  I don't know if it's just the location, but CUSTOMERS in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area sure are entitled and impatient, leading me to believe that none of them have ever worked service industry, as most fast food places in the area get the same complaints. That said, I'm patient, I wait for my order to come up, and I've never had any problems at this Wingstop! Matter of fact, I'm always pleasantly surprised with how quickly my order comes up. Especially considering I never even call-in, I just show up and order to-go! Love their job or hate it, you never know what's going on in somebody else's life. Everyone is just trying to get through the day, and a little grace can go a long way! I've always enjoyed the staff here more than the customers they have to deal with, so keep up the good work y'all!

  Went here for lunch on July 22nd. Ordered food, got a dine in order, sat a the table and about 5 minutes into our meal we were told the dining room was closed due to the boil water notice and we had to leave and the staff member could bringnus boxes to pack out food up. Whybwasnt it packaged to go if dine in wasnt allowed? Also, boil water notice was rescinded on July 20th - check the website... Hmmm! I just dont know what else to say but NOPE!
