    The guy who made my sandwich tonight did a horrible job. I had to repeat myself multiple times and my sandwich was literally thrown together. Didn't close my sand which properly so when I got home everything was out of it and just a big mess. He cleaned the knife on the paper my sandwich was on. Overall the worst subway ive had.

    An experience witnessed at this Subway location was extremely disappointing. A first-time customer simply needed help understanding how to place an order, but instead of receiving basic customer service, they were treated poorly, mocked, and made to feel uncomfortable. The situation appeared to become even worse after the staff heard the customer’s accent, which came across as discriminatory and disrespectful. No one should ever feel humiliated for asking questions or speaking differently. It is unacceptable that in 2026 situations like this are still being reported. What is especially concerning is that multiple reviews mention similar behavior from the same female employee, yet it seems no changes have been made. Management should seriously address this ongoing issue, as it reflects very poorly on the business and its standards of customer service.

    Do not go here the staff and the MANAGER are completely RUDE! Do not go here they will mess up your mobile order EVERY SINGLE TIME then when you go to call them they will literally HANG UP on you . The Manager is unprofessional will just ignore what you tell her then will not give you a refund on the orders that they messed up on .

    The worst experience at a food change I ever had they will completely mess up your orders on all 4 of your sandwiches in which you take and in and tell them in which they don’t care . The staff at this location is extremely Rude they will hang up on you on the phone and pretty much tell you “ oh well” then hang up . I dont recommend this place to No One!
