Rude customer service. They charged me $ to get a quote. 🤣
I didnt come in being rude…i asked to weigh the package and get a quote. If it was better price from ur end i would have let u shipped instead of buying my own label. I bought the label after you gave me a quote. I didnt have one ready to go. Aziz you said i already had a label? You know ur not telling the truth. I got the label after you gave me a quote. Of which you couldnt even give me a number. All you said was “its more”. Also if i came in being rude you should have kicked me out then and there. Not begged for $5 to help your struggling business.
Manager/Owner Aziz said to me that asking for a quote is like going to McDonald’s and asking to taste the french fries and then not purchasing any.
Well mr manager/owner i didnt ask you for a free sample or ship my products for free. I asked you for a quote. Which is like asking mcdonalds the price of the fries. But i gave you ur $5 anyways bc seems like u need it more then me bc clearly ur store is not doing so well due to your customer service/reviews, rude behavior and rude customer reps you have working there. I mean i understand they have to put up with a man like you.
P.S. you were trying to be wise but i didnt want to argue back with you bc i was with my little cousin and wanted to set a better example.

Our company uses this UPS Store regularly, and the service is always exceptional. Amy is our go-to person, and she consistently goes above and beyond to help with our shipping, mailing, and notary needs.
She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to assist, no matter how busy things get. Amy makes every interaction easy and efficient, and her positive attitude never goes unnoticed.
We truly appreciate the outstanding service she provides and the care she takes in supporting our business. Thank you, Amy, and the entire UPS Store team, for your dedication, professionalism, and the warm smiles you bring every day!
Any and Sydney are top tier employees and deserve a raise. They were my literal angels yesterday. Let me explain, yesterday after working a 13 hour flight from Seoul, South Korea and being 6 1/2 months pregnant, I had to return a heavy 2-box chair from Amazon that was missing parts. Amazon was making me jump through HOOPS to get this resolved and these ladies helped me every step of the way. They shared my frustration, helped me unnecessarily load and unload these boxes, and were so professional and patient the entire time. At the end of the ordeal, I noticed my wallet was missing. They were so attentive and thought it may have been in one of the giant boxes. I said I would check when I got home (these boxes barely fit in my 2 door jeep and were HEAVY.) after leaving the store, they called to inform me they had checked the cameras and indeed my wallet was in one of he boxes. They went wayyyyy above and beyond assisting this (me) overtired, stressed, pregnant lady. I will forever appreciate their kindness. Thank you Amy and Sydney. ❤️

I've been here 100 times over the psat 5 years. They ALWAYS greet you when you arrive and are ALWAYS fast, friendly and accurate. I have rarely had to wait longer than a minute. I don't understand why they don't have a 5-star rating. In my opinion, they should.
I wanted to recognize the manager whose name is AMY! recently I was returning a very heavy and awkward pool pump motor. The Amazon return instructions was a bit confusing and since it was such a large package, it was my responsibility to package and tape this. The staff told me this very politely and I understood. I was starting to leave to take this home and finish packing it when AMY came from the back. She asked me a couple of questions and between both of us, we finished packing the motor right there at her store. SHE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS BUT OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF HER HEART, SHE DID! I just wanted to say that we need more AMY's in this world!!! Thanks so very much again of the extra act of KINDNESS AMY!
Thanks
