  Ana Magana gave horrible customer service when speaking with her in regards to a situation involving my policy . I ask to speak to a manager and she claim to be a manager even though online she's a customer service representative. I hope with your core values Allstate does something with this complaint.

  I had a flooding issure due to pipes bursting in our apartment. Angelica super fast , super helpful and did not push back on anything at all. Im completely satisfied with how everything was handled .Thank you so much!
