  Amazing customer service from Allstate, you realise how good an insurance company is when you have a claim, they were very efficient and called me daily until the work was complete. I would definitely recommend Allstate.

  Advertisement prices don't match actual pricing. Issues arise after and customer is usually left in the wind to pick up the pieces with an ....O we're so sorry.

  I’m not quite sure where to begin. I was referred to this agency by a friend, and I will admit—I can be a challenging client at times, so I value patience and clear communication. From the start, Alyce has been exceptionally kind, patient, and personable. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I recently encountered an issue involving a refund for a towing bill due to ongoing mailing complications between the DFW area and Lubbock. The refund check had to be reissued three separate times because it was not received. Throughout this process, Alyce and Ashley were incredibly attentive and proactive. They remained engaged, communicated clearly, and worked diligently to resolve the issue despite the unusual circumstances. Their persistence and professionalism truly stood out. In addition, Alyce has been outstanding in helping identify better rates when needed. Communication from both Alyce and Ashley is prompt, reliable, and thorough. If an issue arises, they are committed to seeing it through to resolution. I sincerely appreciate their dedication and highly recommend their services.
