  Don't go on a Sunday there was one man working and he was helping 3 girls who were together . we waited very patiently for 15 min and we still didn't get a "we will be right with you ", actually no acknowledgement at all. He didn't look like he was in a rush to finish helping them and looked like we would have to be there for a very long time. I know you have to be willing to wait. But not when someone obviously has no desire to help.

  This place is rude, unfriendly, and absolutely not helpful. Stopped in to get assistance with insurance phone claim and wouldn't help at all. Had to drive all the way to corpus to get assistance. I'm contemplating switching cell phone services. Not the first time I've experienced horrific customer service here. This store should be shut down or new management and employees are needed.
