  I understand that running out of certain ingredients, like olives, happens. However, leaving multiple toppings off my sandwich when you still had ingredients like tomatoes available was really disappointing. If something is out of stock, I expect the rest of the sandwich to still be made correctly. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide that I won’t be ordering online from this location again.

  Ordered the 399 cold cut combo 6 inch ask for extra olives. Normally the charge is like $.30 they tried charging me $1.50. I can understand the up charge for extra vegetables, but she rang it up as two times extra cheese went everywhere else it rings up for like $.30 for extra vegetables. It’s a bunch of BS.

  I went Subway today in Silsbee, the location by the post office. My husband and I walked in no one said anything no greeting or nothing. She asked me what I wanted, So I spoke to her and she said Hey (very dry) Long story short they need customer service training. She literally couldn't make my sandwich right for looking out the window like she was expecting someone. When The guy with the blue beard can she really got antsy. I didnt want to assume anything so I just paid for my poorly made sandwich and cookies and left. Yeah dont know if we will go back there. #Rude

  Horrible experience. Ordered online got there and still had to wait 20 mins for it to be ready.. I left a 15%tip expecting good service but apparently they don't care about getting tips....
