I entered this facility at 1:40 PM on a Tuesday. I had an item that I needed to have shipped. I walked in and all three employees were at the counter helping customers. All three of them saw me and two of them acknowledged my presence. As I was standing waiting my turn, another customer came in the front door. Unlike with me, one of the employees stopped what they were doing to ask him if they could help him. He said he needed to pay for his box and she sent him back to another employee who stopped what they were doing to help him. No one had stopped yet to ask me what I even wanted. They just started taking customers after me and giving them their full attention, without regard to the fact that I was there, hoping to do business with them. I wanna make it clear, I did nothing but smile and greet each person that I saw. But I also grabbed what I had and walked out the door. This is entirely unacceptable behavior, unethical, and unprofessional yes, and frankly, I’m not sure if they had ulterior motives for having ignored me.

Lost my package, said they filed a claim and told us to call a number in 3-4 days we did this to find out there has been no claim. We went to the UPS store in Sherman,Tx to be belittled and when asked to speak to the manager was informed the wouldn’t be in for the next couple of days. They was absolutely no help and did their best to make me feel foolish so I left and when I got home I received a call from the manager in Durant Ok who proceeded to threaten me with calling the police for coming into the store 4 different times today and accused me of screaming at the employee, this did not happen all I was trying to do is get information on my package….. worst customer service ever!!

I just had the worst experience here. And after reading the reviews I think it is the same person others have complained about. The robotic tone, the cutting you off, talking over you, won't give you time to even think to answer his questions. He talked to me like I was absolutely stupid. When I left I just looked up at him and said I sure hope your day gets better. He does not need to be there. I can assure you he is ruining everyone's day he comes into contact with. I was there around 3:50pm today, it was him and another woman working. So you should be able to figure out who it was. I am also leaving a complaint with corporate. Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
Hi UPS team and other UPS customers
Over the last several years I have been to this specific UPS location multiple times. I have gone in there with problem after problem. I have asked the UPS worker for help in numerous ways. As a senior citizen there are things that you can do in returns and in sending packages that all require mastering skills that I do not have.
The only device I have is my iphone and sometimes I have had to have the UPS worker tell me exactly what to do to get or find a code… or how to send an email back to them so they can print something off and I always, ALWAYS receive good courteous HELP, and most importantly, excellent instruction. Whatever it is that I’m trying to do, or clueless to do, they help me to do it, and yes, there are times when I feel like I’m pushing them to their last nerve, but quite honestly I get that… because they have to be prepared to take on all kinds of crazy situations the way returns are done and the way Amazon and other stores expect returns to be done. There’s often times when I’m returning something that I purchased that they have literally assisted me to be able to locate the code on my phone. And for me, its kind of upsetting to hear so many complaints.
I know that sometimes I’m there when they’re under a lot of pressure and they don’t smile… and maybe don’t even greet you warmly, but in the kind of business that they have… I can appreciate how hard it must be to have so many different things thrown at them.
Being honest about it, I have not given a five star rating simply because it is true that there are sometimes very long lines, and it is true that sometimes despite the line, there may only be one person working at the desk, and it is true that at times they’re not that warm and friendly. But I would like to ask everyone as a customer to really think how Charming and exciting a world of returns and mailing might be for them… and just show a little bit of grace. Just a little bit of grace given to people who have a very “unappreciated” or “under-appreciated” line of work would go a long way! I think they are busy, but helpful and efficient. I think that’s deserving of some appreciation. I know for me… they’ve been a great usource of help and instruction in mailing items,, and to a person like me who does not understand some of the newer technical aspects of returns and mailing, their service is appreciated!. It’s important to give credit where credit is due! So I do thank you, UPS store team!👍🏼👏🏼
