  Worst customer service experiences every single time I go in and the man working the counter "helps" me. He refuses to serve me when I ask for an explanation for something I have no way of understanding without asking. He acts like I'm ruining his day by making him do an Amazon return. I cannot adequately put into words how much hate he exudes through his tone, how robotic and dismissive his attitude is, or how it makes my skin crawl to interact with him. If I didn't occasionally have a UPS-only return, I would never enter this establishment. I walked in with a smile and left in tears. This man should never have a public-facing customer service role in any company. Plenty of people who could at least pretend to not hate the customers would be glad to have his job.
