  Took my money for new phone line and activation sim just for them to tell me my device was not compatible and no refund was allowed and I must buy a new phone with them after I paid 80$ to just get a service on paid over 200$ which I did not have as a single mom who is in-between jobs ... They should have checked my device before taking my money and telling me no refunds.
