truly immaculate customer service from the start to the finish. Alexis went above and BEYOND just to do a task that made my shipping process much easier. I was mind blown by how informative she was and the way she helped me pack my package. This energy and service was a huge relief for me after coming in to reship a package that failed on USPS behalf. Thank you so much Alexis! It’s always a joy to run into great hospitality. Update**** 10/7/2026 (2 days later) my package arrived to its destination safely and securely! thank you FedEx! im never looking USPS way again sheesh! job well done and thank you again Alexis at fedex office!
