  Last week I needed assistance shipping my daughter's things for her dorm room out of state to a FedEx holding facility. Alfonso was amazing! He helped me unload a few items to get an estimate before a final decision was made. Once I was in the clear, we unloaded the rest of the items and he made the magic happen! I appreciate his calm and patient demeanor. He was a hero that day! Special shoutout to his team that handled the rush that came in while he was helping me. I definitely recommend this store for your huge shipping needs. All of her items arrived on time and in perfect condition! I am forever grateful for their kindness.

  So i have been to this location on multiple occasions for sending in some of my documents and the team has been really helpfull everytime . Wanted to give a special shout out to Alexis and Savonna (sorry if i said your name incorrectly). They have been the nicest and always helped me get my things done perfectly . Kudos to both of them

  "Went in to ship a package with my husband, who's a FedEx employee, expecting a smooth experience. Staff opened the package during processing and found beer inside — a gift for a friend, not a big shipment — and refused to ship it citing FedEx's alcohol restrictions. I understand this may be standard policy, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily unfriendly, and it would've been nice to get a heads-up on alcohol restrictions before we packed and drove over. Would appreciate clearer communication on prohibited items for future visits."
