I door dash multiple times a month with wing stop and every single time I always order extra seasoning and Necer get. I called to talk to management and the (manager) said she does not give out her name . I wanted to know who I was talking to in case I have another complaint. She refused to give me her name . I asked a few times for her name but her response was “I don’t give out my name . Bad customer service over the phone . Wonder what her response would be if I were in person .

Ordered online and popped into the store to pick up the order. It was hot and ready for me when I got there. The team was friendly and got ensuring correct.
The food was okay, I wish I had taken pictures while I was in there but it was so dirty. We literally couldn’t find a table that didn’t have crumbs or liquid on it. We ended up having to wipe down our own table and chairs. Service was slow but food was ok if you could get past this place being disgusting.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a wing place. We ordered online and were given a pick up time. We called on the way over to confirm our bone in wings were well done/extra crispy and the order was confirmed correct and no update was given to the pick up time. We arrived about 3 mins after our delivery window and were told that they were running behind and that our order would be another 30 mins at least. (Again there was no mention that they were running late on our order when we called.) We left and came back 45 mins later. When we arrived we were given a bag with our order. It seemed light so we checked the order in the car before we left. Not only were the wings boneless and not bone in, but none of our sides were in the bag. We went back inside and let them know the order of wings was wrong and missing our fries, ranch, veggies, and appetizers. There was no apology, no solutions offered, no sides to be found, and we weren’t even offered a discount. The wrong wings were immediately thrown out and it was 40
Wings! (We would have paid for them at a discount.) And we were told that we could reorder and wait another hour minimum for new wings. We were eventually offered a refund but the manager was so rude the whole time and we were told the refund would take 3 to 5 business days. So we spent almost $70, waited over an hour and a half, got zero wings or other food, and then were asked to spend another $70 and wait another hour minimum to get the correct order. To make matters worse, I’m almost 8 months pregnant and waiting that long for food is not great. And to not even get a “we’re sorry, how can we make it right?” Was enough to make sure I never go back to that location again.
Ordered pickup, came in to get my order. My mistake, didn’t check the bag before I left. Get home, missing the $6 ranch. Drive back, get the ranch, put the ranch in the bag how the lady handed it to me. Lid isn’t fully on ranch, get it home, ranch opened and spilled all over the bag. Call to explain & ask if they can remake it, they say yes but I have to bring the food back. Asked if they can restart my order so I don’t have to wait forever, they say yes. Get in car, ranch breaks the bag all over my seats and floor. Get back to the store, workers have horrible attitudes. Give them my bag, they re-ring & re-start the order. Now it’s an hour since I got the original order and still waiting to eat something. Insane service (derogatory).
